 Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA)

 

 

 

The Davison LDFA has been charged with the duty of

 

improving the economic environment of the Development

 

District within the prescribed parameters of the Local

 

Development Finance Authority Act.  It is the LDFA's challenge

 

to create an environment that will promote economic growth

 

on properties located in the Industrial District.  Furthermore,

 

the LDFA will serve as the principle instrument in acquiring

 

and developing land to augment appropriate industrial use

 

inside and outside the City of Davison Industrial District.
