Estimating Property Taxes

It is not difficult to estimate your property taxes. In the City of Davison, taxes are collected with a summer and winter tax bill. To calculate an estimate of your taxes you need to know the current Taxable Value, both summer and winter millage rates and totals of any special assessments levied against your property.  Please note that we use the phrase "Estimate" due to the fact that additional millages can be voted in by the voters during the current year.

To calculate your estimated property taxes, enter your current Taxable Value in the yellow box in the spreadsheet below. This calculation is for a property with a 100% Homeowners' Principal Residence Exemption. You can find your current Taxable Value on your summer or winter tax bill.
