The City of Davison's Residential Rental Property Inspection Ordinance went into effect on January 4, 2008. 

Please view the links located on the left, which will inform the residents of the City on the Registration Form of Residential Rental Property, Residential Rental Property Inspection Ordinance, the Schedule of Fees pertaining to the Rental Properties, and the Occupancy Permit Inspection Guidelines.
